4th Annual New Jersey Vintage Grand Prix Friday thru Sunday - May 27th – 29th, 2011 This will be the 4th year for The New Jersey Vintage Grand Prix & Family Festival. This event is dedicated to raising money and awareness for our "Wounded Warriors and Veterans".
NEW THIS YEAR
On Friday morning, the activities will kick off with each Race Group's practice runs. Vintage race cars are seldom seen in "Race Mode" At noon our "Wounded Warriors and veterans" will arrive by "Honor Guard Escort" provided by numerous Veterans-Focused Motorcycle Clubs.
The private luncheon banquet and ceremonies for our Wounded Warriors and Veterans was specifically designed to honor their sacrifice and commitment to our great nation.
This event includes many other activities which are sure to appeal to all members of the family. There will be remote control car races, various car shows including on Saturday around 11:30am the arrival of the Muscle Car Poker Run, a wine and cheese tasting area, The New "I-Bid" auto and aircraft auction. There will also be a display and encampment of the Famous 4th Armored Division and 9th Infantry Division including live entertainment provided by the "Fubar Boys".
The Cumberland County Boy Scout Troops will have their encampment and displays on site. Naturally our market place village will include various arts and crafts as well as food vendors to entertain you taste buds.
For those less interested in cars we also have our huge market place village including various arts and craft vendors as well as food vendors.
Immediately following the Blue Angels Air Show we will conduct a totally unique "Battle of the Oldies Enduro Race" See if you can pick the winner in advance.
